About South Sea DiversWe've been around since 1983 and are on the doorstep of some of the best diving in the Philippines.  We're located in Puerto Galera on the Island of Mindoro about a 5 hour bus and ferry ride from Manila. Being a small and dedicated dive shop we specialize in catering to the individual requests of our divers - we're extremely flexible and we don't need to take out large groups, our dive sites are right around the corner! Our friendly and professional staff offers courses in English, French, Japanese and Spanish. So... if you're tired of seeing more divers than fish, why don't you come and see us! Looking after the place we have: "Sky" Tellman - Founder, PADI instructor and Puerto Galera legend. SKY discovered most of the diving in the area. He can speak English and Spanish. Shannon Fewel - The newest partner! Paul Arpin - PADI Instructor - I can speak English, French and Japanese. Our ultra diligent staff: Cherry - Master coordinator, accounts executive... and absolutely the sweetest girl on the whole beach! Albert - Certified equipment technician and Ace Mr. Fix-it (even puts together those little puzzle rings). Ariel, Renante and Amil - Our assistants and boat operators.
